CANCELLATION POLICY |
| Any cancellation must be notified by signed letter, scanned and attached in an e-mail, or sent by fax or post to Lyon Ingénierie Projets.
Cancellations received before June, 1st 2009 are refundable, except an administration fee of 40 euros.
No refund for cancellation requests received after June, 1st 2009.
